At District Dogs and District Dog Training, we’re always looking for new ways to keep your pups engaged, active, and mentally stimulated. That’s why we’re thrilled to introduce Urban Herding & Treibball at our Enrichment Center in Park View!
What is Urban Herding & Treibball?
Urban Herding, also known as Treibball, is a fun and mentally challenging sport designed to tap into your dog’s natural herding instincts—no sheep required! Instead, dogs work with their handlers to herd large inflatable balls into a goal using their noses and paws. It’s a fantastic way to build confidence, improve communication, and burn energy in a positive, structured environment.
Who Can Participate?
Treibball is great for dogs of all breeds and sizes! Whether your pup is an energetic herding breed or just loves a good challenge, this activity provides mental stimulation, obedience training, and a great physical workout. Plus, it strengthens the bond between you and your furry best friend.
Why Try It?
- Engages your dog’s natural instincts 🐶
- Builds focus and problem-solving skills 🧠
- Provides great exercise and enrichment 🏃♂️
- Strengthens the human-dog bond ❤️
